drunken pasta.. not a success

yesterday i took upon myself to make "drunken pasta". it's an old rachael ray recipe and i have been wanting to make it for some time. well it never turned out as expected. if i were to make it again i would use less wine, cut out the ginger, and maybe use some chicken stock to cut the dry wine taste of the pasta. you can get the recipe at: www.rachaelray.com
i think i will try to make it again sometime in the (distant) future with the changes i have listed.
